The Long Island Softball Conference & Awards is a first-of-its-kind event bringing together the premier softball community in Suffolk County, New York.
We're connecting 10U–18U players, their families, dedicated coaches, and college softball programs for a full day of education, networking, and celebration of the incredible talent in our region.
From expert panels on recruiting and mental performance to a glamorous awards ceremony honoring the best of the best — LISCA is where the Long Island softball community comes together.
For players, parents, coaches, and families who want more than another tournament weekend.
Families get real guidance on what college coaches look for, how to prepare, what questions to ask, and how to avoid confusion during the recruiting journey.
Players hear from people who understand training, confidence, leadership, pressure, teamwork, and the habits that separate good players from serious prospects.
LISCA brings players, parents, coaches, teams, trainers, sponsors, and programs into one room so relationships can grow beyond the field.
The Diamond Awards give athletes and coaches a stage to be recognized for performance, academics, resilience, leadership, hustle, and community impact.
Softball can open doors, but families need information, direction, and the right people around them. LISCA is built to educate, inspire, and celebrate the next generation of Long Island softball.

Nominations are free! Nominate any deserving 10U–18U player or coach from the Long Island softball community. Public voting is $1 per vote — all proceeds support the event and future programs. Winners are announced LIVE at the LISCA Awards Show!
