LISCA brings together the softball community from Nassau County and Suffolk County, creating one place for players, parents, coaches, organizations, and softball leaders to learn, connect, develop, and celebrate the game.

From a young player’s first experience in Little League and recreational softball, to travel teams, high school programs, showcases, college recruiting, and the next level, LISCA is designed to help families better understand and navigate the softball journey.

Whether a player is picking up a glove for the first time or preparing for her next opportunity, LISCA connects families with the people, programs, and resources that move the game forward across Long Island.

Travel-team access only. Authorized teams may nominate one eligible player per category. LISCA selects six finalists per category; committee evaluation counts for 60% and verified voting counts for 40%. Winners are announced live at the LISCA Awards Show.
