Information we receive

LISCA may receive information you submit through ticket registration, team access requests, nominations, sponsorship inquiries, and direct email, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, team details, and event preferences.

Payments

Ticket payments are processed through Stripe. LISCA does not collect or store complete credit-card numbers on this website.

How information is used

Information is used to administer event registration, review team access, communicate about LISCA programs, prevent abuse, and operate the website. We do not sell personal information.

Website analytics

We measure page views, browser-session visits, referring websites, campaign labels, general city and country, device and browser type, page load times, time spent on pages, and clicks on ticket, sponsorship, contact, and download links. A random identifier stored in your browser tab groups visits; it is not used to identify you across websites. We do not store exact IP addresses, form contents, or full referring URLs in analytics. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days, with routine deletion of older records. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Reports are restricted to authorized LISCA administrators.
